1. Agreement to terms

By creating a Centrack account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Centrack.

2. Who can use Centrack

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to represent an organization. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

3. Your organization's data

You own all data you enter into Centrack — student records, financial data, schedules, and all operational information. Centrack is a processor of your data, not the owner. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent from students and guardians before entering their data.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter.
  • Managing staff access and permissions appropriately.
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Centrack for any illegal purpose.
  • Enter data that violates any person's privacy rights.
  • Attempt to access data from organizations you don't belong to.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Interfere with the platform's security or operation.

5. Subscription and billing

  • Centrack offers five plans: Free (৳0), Growth (৳599/month), Pro (৳999/month), Scale (৳1,499/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
  • Every new organization starts on the Free plan (up to 20 students) at no cost.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Student and branch limits are enforced per plan tier.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

Centrack, its design, code, branding, and features are the property of Centrack. You retain ownership of your organization's data. We retain ownership of the platform.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

Centrack is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss (beyond what is covered by our backup systems), or business interruption beyond the value of your subscription in the preceding 3 months.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify organization owners of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
